Welcome to Cellar Twenty One. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform. Cellar Twenty One is a specialised marketplace for rare and vintage Dom Pérignon Champagnes, operating out of Hong Kong with bonded storage facilities in Hong Kong and London.
By placing an order through Cellar Twenty One, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your country of residence). We reserve the right to request proof of age before processing any order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the importation of champagne into your country is lawful. We do not accept liability for orders that are seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities.
All Champagnes listed on our website are genuine, vintage Dom Pérignon bottles sourced from trusted estates, collectors, and authorised auctions. Each bottle is verified for provenance and storage conditions. Prices are listed in the currency selected on the website and are subject to change without prior notice. All pricing excludes applicable duties, taxes, and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. We operate an inquiry-based model — listed prices are indicative and final pricing will be confirmed upon our response to your inquiry.
Submitting an inquiry or order through our platform constitutes an offer to purchase. Cellar Twenty One reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment terms will be communicated upon order confirmation. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We ship from our bonded warehouses in Hong Kong and London. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Cellar Twenty One is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other force majeure events. All shipments are fully insured during transit. A signature is required upon delivery.
Given the rarity and age-sensitive nature of our Champagnes, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or is not as described. Any claims for damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. We will evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis and may offer replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cellar Twenty One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
